Each bookmark is handmade and made to order. You will get your own completely unique Foxhua or Ferretlian. The bookmarks can handle casual use in the home as they’re covered in sturdy and protective UV-resin. But I would advise against putting them in bags where they get jostled.
As each bookmark is made to order I humbly ask you to be patient during the creation of your new friend.
SHIPPING Each bookmark is securely packaged and is shipped with tracking.
RETURN POLICY As each item is custom made I do not accept returns. However if the item is damaged in transit I will send a replacement free of charge. You will need to send proof of the broken bookmark within 14 days of delivery for this to apply.
