Each bookmark is securely packaged and is shipped with tracking.

RETURN POLICY
As each item is custom made I do not accept returns. However if the item is damaged in transit I will send a replacement free of charge. You will need to send proof of the broken bookmark within 14 days of delivery for this to apply.
